Welcome to Preston Trail Community Church's Women's Ministry!

group

It’s not uncommon for women to be afraid of other women, especially in large groups.  But no matter if you’re an introvert, extrovert, like tennis shoes or high heels, prefer shopping or a day in the park—there is a place for you here!

C.S. Lewis once wrote, “Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another: "What! You, too? Thought I was the only one."  This is a place where you’ll find friends who will challenge you, walk through life with you, and love you.  It’s a place for you to belong.

Everything we do centers around our mission: To help women grow closer to one another and closer to God.
Here are some ways we accomplish that mission:

  1. Weekly Bible study groups are the foundation of our ministry.   You will meet with your small group to connect and develop relationships while you dig deeper into God’s Word.  We have a large group portion where everyone meets together, which allows for Bible teaching serving as the basis for small group discussion.  It’s creative, meaningful and life-changing.   To support moms with young children, onsite childcare is available for a nominal fee.

  2. The Christmas Women’s Brunch is a major event for women each year. At the core of Preston Trail’s identity is the value of “Invest and Invite”. Our annual Christmas Brunch is an outstanding event to which you can invite friends and neighbors and share Christ’s love during the holiday season.

  3. Our annual Women’s Retreat  provides a time each summer for us all to get away overnight and renew our hearts in God’s Word together.  The retreat is open to anyone, regardless of whether you attend Preston Trail or are involved in our weekly Bible study groups. You will return home with a new outlook and be so glad you came!

Additional information can be found on the weblinks at the right.  Please, don’t hesitate to call or email me at women@prestontrail.org with questions! We’re waiting for you.  Come join us now!
